Good, I've wholly outdone myself with a modern healthy chocolate pudding recipe... That is damn excellent!!  As you realize, I consistently look for methods to make seemingly unhealthy foods into healthy fat-burning versions, which are easier on your blood sugar and aid the stability of your hormones.

However, at present, I wish to show you my recipe for an amazingly healthy fats-burning chocolate pudding that's high in fiber, healthful fats, and protein, and low in sugar, with ZERO synthetic sweeteners and NO introduced sugars!


I know... People call me a mad scientist with these things.  However I without a doubt got the thought for this recipe from Men's fitness journal... Nonetheless, I changed it throughout considering I failed to like a few of their parts, plus their recipe was once too high in sugar in my view...And I delivered more protein and healthy fats.


One of the materials may just sound bizarre for a "pudding", however, believe me, every body I do know that's tried this has loved it!  It can be another texture than your usual "pudding", so as long as you don't count on that equal pudding texture, you can adore it.


Here's the Geary variant of healthy fats-Burning Chocolate Pudding:

(This recipe will make about 2-four servings and is a first-rate healthy dessert or late-night time snack)

  •     1/2 of a ripe avocado (smooth to contact)
  •     approx three tablespoons of almond butter or cashew butter (ideally uncooked if feasible)
  •     approx 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk (ideally natural and organic)
  •     2 heaping tablespoons of organic cocoa powder
  •     half a teaspoon of vanilla
  •     1 packet of stevia (or sufficient to your desired sweetness level)
  •     1 scoop of chocolate protein powder (this is my new favorite protein - potent taste!)
  •     only a small pinch of sea salt


Put the avocado and almond butter into a bowl and mash at the side of a fork unless tender.  Then add the entire other parts into the bowl and mix collectively vigorously except all is combined and gentle.  If you're good with a meals processor, you can use that too, but I simply mash everything collectively using my hand with a fork or a masher.

If the whole lot went right, the consistency might be similar to pudding... Except natural pudding makes you fats with a variety of sugar!  My healthful pudding recipe will clearly support you to burn fats, manipulate cravings, and fulfill your physique's need for micro-nutrients, protein, healthy fat, and fiber.

If the pudding finally ends up too thick, effectively add a little bit more almond milk or coconut milk for more moisture until the consistency seems correct.

If you want to get just a little wild and add some more nutrient-wealthy additions, suppose free to add some chopped pecans, chia seeds, or walnuts at the finish.  And it tastes quality to high this dish with some sliced contemporary strawberries!
